With over a decade in the eCommerce space, I’ve led the charge in scaling digital retail brands across sectors - from premium chocolate to performance sportswear. My sweet spot is leveraging Shopify to drive sustainable growth through direct channels, while combining data-driven strategy with customer-centric execution.
Currently driving the online strategy at Montezuma’s Chocolates, I manage and grow a high-performing Shopify ecosystem that consistently beats targets. Whether it’s overseeing PPC campaigns, optimising SEO, or enhancing omnichannel experiences with Shopify POS, I bring a hands-on, results-first approach to digital trading. I also support sister brands like Bristows of Devon and Saltaire Brewery - delivering digital impact across a multi-brand portfolio.
My eCommerce journey spans roles at World of Books, Wiggle/Chain Reaction Cycles, Optibac Probiotics, and more. Across these roles, I’ve driven end-to-end trading strategies, led various optimisations, restructured product taxonomies, and implemented AB testing in order to drive ease of use and higher conversion.
